Payment profile
Official sales will be launched very soon! Therefore,
potential buyers are encouraged to make pre-release reservations
in order to take advantage of these special prices
There are to be FIVE payment plans (€3000 reservation payment in all cases
which will be included in the calculation of the payment with contract.)
The staged payments of 5 x 20% is as previously published
100% with contract with the discount of 4.5%
80% with contract with the discount of 3% 20% on completion
60% with contract with the discount of 1.5%
The first two payments to
total 50% to be made prior to start of
construction – this can consist of a minimum of
20% with contract
and 30% with start of construction; or could be
just one payment
of 50% with the contract or any permutation (40/10
or 30/20) so
long as the total of 50% is paid. Plus the final
payment of 50% at completion.
We are currently in pre-release reservation stage. The official launch of phase 1 is probably in a few weeks. People on the list are now choosing property before launch to the general public. This is being done on a 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice basis and allocated by number on the list.
