Ca Doce Vita is located in eastern Santa Maria, approximately 100 – 150 meters from the beach and 5 – 10 minutes walk from the town centre.
The development consists of 11 studios and 1 bedroom apartments: 3 ground floor, 3 first and second floors and 2 attic apartments with terraces.
The construction will begin shortly.
The building will be ready by the April of 2007.
